- Team Bad Company holds the record for top money winning team at over $6.3 million dollars.
- Team bad Company holds the single tournament record for the highest scoring points in a Cabo area tournament with 1,042 points (642 and 397 lb Blue Marlin double header).
- Anthony Hsieh holds the Cabo record for highest angler points, with 1,001 for his 550 lb and 451 lb black marlin, and the largest single payout in history at $3.9 million at the 2006 Bisbee’s Black and Blue.
- Steve Lassley and Pete Groesbeck have each won the Bisbee’s Black and Blue two times.
