It is hard to believe that we are entering another season with the current Bad Company, the Viking 60 Bad Company Edition (aka Badger).  She has done absolutely everything we have asked of her.  Performed beautifully, raised plenty of fish, won tournaments, and looked good doing it!

As a dealer demo, she has done her job, and now the time has come to put her on the market to continue her fishing career with a new owner.

She takes her place on the list of previous Bad Company boats.  There is the 60 Hatteras (Compa).  This boat has twice been replaced by a 60 Viking BCE (Badger and Bandit) and is currently known as Hercules.  There is the 55 Hatteras (Bulldog) that now calls southern Baja her home, spending her time between Loreto and Cabo for owner Robert Ross.

Two of the original Bad Company boats (Compa and Bulldog) on the left, With two new Viking Bad Company 60 (Badger and Bandit) flanking the Pacific Providr in Mag. Bay.

There is the 55 Hatteras (Betsy) from Kona, which was replaced by the classic Rybovich (Nai’a) and is currently available at our Shelter Island Location.

The Contender 38 Express has been purchased and is currently based out of Puerto Los Cabos.  With her speed, she is less than a 10 minute run to the Gordo Banks!

So what is next for Team Bad Company?  The team will continue to fish Badger until a new owner takes possession.  In the meantime, the boys are looking at the Viking line up, including some models that are currently on the drawing board, putting together the pieces of the puzzle that will optimize their next fishing platform.  The new 42 Pod Drive has some interesting features that make her quite attractive. Some of the larger models, like to new 70 also are getting a hard look.
